January 9, 2018: Shaheen D.: Our gas hot water tank sprang a leak and needed to be replaced. Emailed Water heater Rescue from their website with details of our tank and received an email back within minutes with a quote for a straight replace plus options to upgrade to an energy star tank with rebates. After a quick call with Ashley to discuss our options we went with the straight replacement as we did not have a power source near the tank plus we could still shower when the power is out. Scheduled the replaced the next morning at 9am, Eric arrived on time and was very professional. Took about an hour for Eric to complete the job and we had hot water 30 minutes later. Although it wasn’t urgent, I needed a replacement hot water heater in a very limited time frame. From the first call with Valerie, I felt at ease. She was friendly, courteous and able to determine what I needed and made arrangements for Scott to come out the next day, first thing in the morning. Scott arrived on time and was very professional. He replaced the tank and then took the time to explain the importance of proper maintenance and how to do it. I was so impressed with his work and great attitude, that I called the same afternoon to book an appointment to replace my sink faucet and garburator. Again, Scott arrived on time and did a good job on replacing a 30 year-old garburator and faucet. It’s very evident that Scott is a professional and knows his trade; it shows in his work. April 11, 2017 Derek W.: I called about a broken garbage disposal and a leak underneath my kitchen sink. A plumber came to my apartment right on time. He determined that the leak was caused by an old faucet. He also tried to fix my garbage disposal instead of replacing it but was unable due to it being too old. He gave me a quick quote to repair everything along with the pricing to replace my faucet and garbage disposal. Everything was fixed within a couple of hours and appears to be working fine. I am very happy with the service provided and would definitely call them again in the future.

Frantically I looked up water heater repair people through the internet. I had found 1 but they were unable to supply my need until the next Tuesday. The next one I tried was Water Heater Rescue. The lady there was very helpful and while talking she stayed after her hours of work to find a solution for my problem. As late as 10 pm she called back and said a service person would be at my home between 8-10 am the next morning. The service man was in and out in 1 1/2 hours and very professional. He also asked me to video himself going over how to maintain the tank as well as the important #’s I would need in case anything went wrong within the first year. Over the next couple of weeks, the receptionist called to make sure all was well with the tank. I would highly recommend this company and would use them again.
